Spicy Panels uses Yandex Metrica audience measurement to understand visits and improve the editorial experience. The analytics tag loads when a page is visited.

Analytics data

Yandex Metrica may process pages visited, referral information, visit duration, link interactions, browser and device details, approximate location and a masked IP address. Full IP storage is disabled. Session Replay, scroll maps and form analysis are disabled.

Yandex processes this data under its privacy policy and the Yandex Metrica data processing terms. Visitors can also use the Yandex Metrica opt-out tool or browser privacy controls.

Age confirmation

When you confirm that you are an adult, the browser stores a local timestamp on your device for 30 days. This timestamp is separate from analytics.

Country routing

When a visitor chooses to open a comic, the browser requests a two-letter country code from api.country.is. The request exposes the visitor’s IP address to that service and is used only to select a commercial outbound link available for the visitor’s country of the same work. Where no such link is available, no outbound button is shown. The country code is kept for the current browser session.

External destinations

Links to publishers and other external services may process navigation information under their own privacy terms.
